We understand we’re not perfect though. We make mistakes. If that happens, tell us. We care about you and want you to be happy.<\/p>\n\n

If you receive a Writer’s Cards<\/a> that isn’t what you expected, you’re welcome to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. Just see our Refund Policy<\/a> for more details on how to go about that.<\/p>\n\n

Before you request a refund, please submit a support ticket, and allow us to help you solve the problem.<\/p>\n\n

We will grant a refund if you bought the product less than 14 days from submitting a refund request.<\/p>\n\n

Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n

If you are unhappy with the product or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes it unusable, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days we will give no refunds.<\/p>\n\n

To make a refund, you must provide a reason why you do not want to use the product. This will allow us to improve our products. We can hold refund until you provide the reason.<\/p>\n\n

Refund is processed within 7 days of request. During this time, we can contact you to interview you about our product.<\/p>\n\n
